Expandation of a multinational company in our neighbourhood! How will this fact affect us and our economy?

The world-known company XY is going to create a completely new and modern shopping centre nearby – if we could believe the news published in the popular network side VZ.

We live in the age of increasing economical advancement and building such a centre would probably have a really big help to reduce the unemloyment rate.

’It would certainly provide a lot of workplaces as the centre involves numerous different stores and markets recquired different skills and proffesions.’ said Abraham Collins market researcher.

Mainly for the young, the news draws a better picture for the future; more café houses, stores and entertainment facilities would be ready to cover their needs.

But what about the little private enterprises? Unfortunately, there would be a great risk for them to slowly disappear under the growing success of this new creature.

Although the resource of the news seems to be reliable, there’s still no need for panic for the tiny shops. Huge shopping centres often recommend a legal co-operation agreement – of course, if the self-employed could live with this.
