As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our R2R team in the following tasks:

Accrue FI invoices

Netting process

Process Standard and Recurring Journal Entry

Internal Order Settlement

Close and Cut-Off Transaction Processing

Open and Close Sub-Ledgers AP / AR / GL

Intercompany reconciliation / Reconcile Sub-Ledgers to General-Ledger

Process Local Tax Provisions

Process Allocations

Process Currency Revaluations

Review Cost Center Expenses

Review Regional Preliminary PL

Close Financial Ledger

Prepare Submission Checklist

Transfer and Reconcile GL for Consolidation

In addition to the below, we are seeking energetic, proactive, analytical thinkers with the desire to be part of a dynamic, global organization.

Excellent English and Spanish both verbal and written

University degree from the field of finance and accountancy or relevant economical field

0-2 years of experience from the field of general accounting, ideally in a general ledger, financial auditor or general accountant role

Fresh graduates with relevant, complex internship experience are also welcomed

A holistic understanding of general accounting processes required

Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel

ERP system (SAP ECC) experience advantageous

Ability to work in a fast paces environment while maintaining accuracy

Team players with a can-do-mentality

Critical thinking is a must

Certified Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
