The Best of Me

This film is an American romantic drama. It was happening in 1992 and 2012 in New Orleans. The main characters are James Mardsen as Dawson Cole, Luke Bracey as young Dawson, Michelle Monaghan as Amanda Collier and Liana Liberato as young Amanda. The film was starting with Dawson Cole, who works on an oil rig off the coast of Louisiana. An explosion on the job nearly kills him, throwing him into the water, but in the water he was seen old classmate, Amanda and he was survived. Months later after recovering, Dawson find out, that his close friend, Tuck Hostetler has died. When he arrives at his house, there was een his high school girlfriend, Amanda Collier. Then in the film go back 20 years ago. Amanda deliberately messes up his car to repai it Dawson. Amanda call Dawson to date. Dawson go home, there his father was striked his eye. Dawson go away to an old man`s garage. Dawson wasn`t gone on date, because he didn`t want to Amanda see the eye. Amanda was gone to garage. Dawson`s father was gone to Tuck`s house, there he was slapped his son, but Tuck expelled Dawson`s father. After in the film passes in 2012. Amanda and Dawson gather what they need and start to talking. Amanda tells, that she was married and has 2 choldren, but first child was died in leukemia. The film was returned in 1992. Dawson go to Amanda`s birthday. There her father was talking with Dawson and Amanda`s father was recommended money to Dawson, but break up with her daughter, but he didn`t accepted and go away. The film was returned in 2012. There Amanda and Dawson was scattered Tuck`s ashes. In 1992 on Dawson`s cousin`s and his girlfriend`s wedding, Dawson forget the bouqet an turn around, but when they returned, they were seen Tuck lying on the ground. His father was knocked down Tuck an trampled the flowers. Dawson with Bobby were gone to father`s house and accidentaly instead of father, he was shoted down Bobby. Dawson was closed to prison and breaks with Amanda. One months, every day Amanda went to visit him, but he doesn`t accepted. Later everything was happening in 2012. Amanda find out, that she doesn`t love her husband, only Dawson. Amanda`s son get to hospitak and need a new heart. Amanda is informed that Dawson was killed by father. One year later, she receives a call from her son, who finds that the name of the guy, whose heart he is transplated with is Dawson Cole. I like this film, because in the end Amanda find out, that with Dawson feel good and he is the one that always loved. Favorite character was Dawson, because show that can one man to love for a lifetime. But the best I liked, because he gives his heart to Amanda`s son.
