Sometimes the sentence in the title seems like an impossible mission, as we often rushall day. But if we pay close attention to our day we, can see that we have a chance to perform well. The question is not that our day must be grounded in a good-tasting sleeps so that we can woke up in good spirits, not to be disappointed larly in the morning with our grumpy image. There is a lot to read onour faces. Especially if we haven’t slept ourselves properly. Inany case, the goal would be to be able to have breakfast with the rest to the family, saying an encouraging sentence to lach other. There is only an exemption for this if the the parents work an a different schedule, other wise it can be seen that after a breakfast spent together we cant toke streets much happier. And already in the morning we can lay the ground work for our place of mind, which we will be in dire need of during that day. That we can maintain the level of pleace that brings us place of mind and start our day with pleace is a gift that not every none is capable of. There are suddenly angry individuals who can be immediately brought out of tolerance for place with a word or phrase uttered. At such times, there is not much chance of having a calm day.

Hát elég sok hiba van benne. Egy része elírás (pl. egyben írva szavak, vagy különírva, ami egyben lenne meg kihagyott betűk), másik része pedig nyelvtani (pl. woke up wake up helyett).


Vannak mondatok, amit meg sem tudok fejteni.


Nagyon kezdő vagy? Vagy hogyan írtad ezt, hogy ilyen szedett-vedett lett?

Calmness from morning to evening/night


At times, the statement in the title seems like an impossible mission, as we often rush all day. But if we pay close attention to our day, we can see that we do have opportunities to perform well. The task is not that our day must be smooth at all times but having a good night sleep helps us to wake up in good-spirits, not starting the day by being grumpy early in the morning.

A face tells the story, especially when we haven’t rested well.

Aim for joining the family at the breakfast table, have cheerful, encouraging conversation to start the day.

The only exception for this would be, if parents, family members work on different time schedules. It is proven that if family


can spend unhurried times in the mornings together, they will take to the streets in much happier moods.

In the morning, we can lay the ground work to a calmer, productive day, which we will need for a balanced functioning for the day.

This is something everyone should learn and can be learned. We all have the ability to gift ourselves to a satisfying start, that will last for the whole day ahead, in opposition of individuals who easily lose their temper, become suddenly angry and intolerant at the slightest misplaced words.

With this kind of piece of behaviour and mentality, we have very little chance to enjoy a serene, calm day.
