Dear John,

Hi! How are you? Guess what! My best friend, Joan and I have new jobs. I have been working as an English teacher at a language school for two weeks. I teach adults and younger students too. It's a part-time job. I work in the afternoon from 14:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and on Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00. I really enjoy it, because I met a lot of people during my work and I'm happy because I dont' have to get up early in the morning.

Joan got a full-time job as a secretary at a company. Her responsibilities are making phone calls, writing letters and doing other paperwork. She finds it very boring and doesn't enjoy at all. She starts working at 8:00 in the morning and finishes at 18:00 on weekdays. That's why she is always tired and doesn't have time to go out. I think she may find an other one when she has the opportunity.
