Provide first line support on SAP, BlackLine, Workiva etc. for RtR Operational Teams

As a back-up, perform admin tasks for multiple tools

Support/Provide Newcomer and Refreshment training on the above tools

Incident handling: raising clarifying questions, registering tickets, manage ticket lifecycle

Perform SAP testing for projects and CI initiatives

Support process improvements / CI Initiatives from technical perspective

Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the implementation

Contribute and support the standardization of processes through documentation and trainings

Make sure the documentations are in line with the compliance rules and SOX Controls

Requirements:

College or university degree preferably in finance/accountancy - Essential

Min. 3-4 years in the relevant field (GL transactions, accounting or finance) - Essential

Min 1-2 years experience with Audits, SOX testing or self-assessment - Essential

IFRS and /or EU GAAP experience, exposure to US GAAP is a plus - Desirable

Solid SAP FI knowledge; Functional understanding of SAP BI, HANA/S4,Business Objects - Desirable

Advanced communication level in English (both written and verbal) - Essential

Strong problem-solving skills - Essential

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) - Essential

Having good understanding of GL transactional processes - Essential

Structured approach to work - Essential

Ability to work efficiently, prioritize requests from multiple global stakeholders - Essential

Supportive attitude - Essential

Good interpersonal skills - Desirable
